Recieved my Hearing letter at local court
I have received my hearing date which will be on the 9th April 2026 at 10:00 and have to submit my witness statements and such by 4th March. It's Euro Car Parks and DCB Legal, do you think they will file a discontinuation from DCB Legal before this date or will they drag it out to the hearing?

12th March for witness statements etc sorry*

And when does the Hearing Fee have to be paid by?
3 -
Just says 28 days before the hearing which is 12th March at 4pm.
2 -
The WS deadline is usually after the hearing fee deadline, DCB LEGAL usually discontinue before the hearing fee is due
I suggest that you post redacted pictures of the relevant parts of the court order, there are 3 crucial dates
1 hearing fee deadline
2 Witness Statement deadline
3 hearing date

That's what i received in the post today

Hearing fee deadline date 12th March
Witness Statement deadline date is 12th March, same date as above
The Hearing date is 9th April
You can expect an N279 discontinuation document in your email inbox or spam folder just before 12th March

Yep they'll discontinue in 4 weeks' time, after trying to harass you to settle.
Show us the NoD please - when it arrives attached to an email from DCB Legal - as Umkomaas is counting them for Government evidence.
