Credit Card Charge back.

I ordered a laptop on first December last year. It was delivered in a damaged condition. I immdeiately contacted the retailer. In fact I emailed them 4 times, sent photos, spoke to 3 customer service advisor and had 3 online chat threads. This was all over a period of several weeks. After promises of returns information came to nothing and no further response I contacted my credit card bank. 15 days after my last email to the retailer a Charge back was lodged. @ 3 weeks later the retailer acknowledged and accepted the chargeback. The damaged goods were returned. But then a few days later I was emailed by the retailer to advise me that a replacement product had been delivered to my local post office for pick up. I am now not sure what to do? Any advice?
