well it’s gone sold stc so that’s that! I really hoped they’d come back to us. Oh well, time to move on

I think something like a third of 'sold stc' do not progress to actual exchange of contracts, and have to be remarketed. So you never know !

We offered £416K on a £395K property and were outbid. A few weeks later we were contacted and offered the property for £416K. We ended up outbidding the same buyer on a nearby larger property a few days later. The original one went for £395K several weeks later.
