Onestream Assured/Priority tech scheme

Hi Moneysavers!

I just wanted to share my experience with Onestream today. I renewed a few months ago and had bills of odd amounts, took a good look through them and found that they had charged me for their 'Onestream Assured' scheme (£4.95/month) despite it being a two month free trial, and then they had added it back onto my account after I had cancelled it, rebranded to 'Onestream Priority'.

I rang them this morning, got through quickly and after a bit of explaining they have said they will refund me for the free trial and compensate me for having added the subscription back on.

So, easy enough and I'm satisfied with how they resolved things but a heads up to anyone else who may see their bills not looking as they should. Worth a phone call!
