White washing a wall .
Our garden wall is built with mono blocks with plaster and chips on the outside . The outside is turning black . Can I just whitewash this or is there more to do . Tried using bleach on the stains but nothing happened .

Perhaps best to find out what is causing the stains before you spend time and money on it.
Photos would help, maybe the direction it's facing and anything else you can suggest.
