Hello, I rent out a house and one of the three family members wants to end her contract. They are family member and all contract holders are happy with the situation.
Can I just create a document detailing the changes (change of contract holder) or do I need to create a whole new Written statement? Thanks.
Starting balance £173,000 (Sept 2012) interest only so if we do nothing We will owe this at the end of the term😁😁
