With an issue date of 31/03/26 and providing you complete(d) the AoS after 05/04/26 and before or on 19/04/26 your defence deadline date is 4.00 p.m. on 05/05/26

Crikey I best get on with this eh. I changed the thread title and am now needing to put the defence wording together so I can get it registered online with the moneyclaim service.

I think it should be a pretty standard one because we have no evidence, just the "insufficient parking time" given as reason for claim.

It will have been my partner driving but because I never got notification of this until recently after forgetting to change log book details after moving a few years ago, a whole separate load of rubbish from that, well I can't be bothered telling them it was her now. I assume it's ok to say can't remember and just defend it from the point of view of extortionate extra charges?

Where is the best place to get the wording for this from. I am finding following the sticky quite difficult and get properly confused by legal spiel.

Anyone able to help me get going with this?

Use the Smart Parking bespoke appeal by member meltof on 12th April, linked below in the. recent Smart Parking group thread

DO not discuss the case or details , its far too late to name the driver

If the named defendant was NOT the driver, add but not the driver to the end of paragraph 2 as well
