Paid off plan 2, still not showing as cleared

Hi :) I had 2 student loans- plan 1 and plan 2. Plan 2 was paid off, and I continue to pay plan 1. My problem is, plan 2 is still showing on my online account and repayments continue to go to it, leading to a credit balance. I have spoken to slc and explained and they've said it all balances out and my plan 2 payments are going to plan 1, but interest is still accruing!

    It may reset at the end of the financial year.

    Thankyou, it hasn't. Anyone else experienced this? I have made a complaint to slc. Hopefully they'll get back to me

    The end of the financial year is 5 April 2026. We haven’t reached there yet.

    This has been the case for a few years. Last financial year it didn't clear. It has remained open. I've made a complaint to slc.
