I got a new video door bell plus and it’s missing the large raw plug and large screw but only seen parts for the smaller one screws for the £2.99 spares?

Is there a question in respect of the rawlplug or screw?
Things that are differerent: draw & drawer, brought & bought, loose & lose, dose & does, payed & paid1 -
Local hardware store would be you best bet, unless the screw is unusual.
