 Winner selection & contact: 

• The draw will take place within one (1) week of the closing date and time for all entries.
• Subject to eligibility and compliance with all applicable terms and conditions, the first entry drawn at random from all eligible entries will win the prize.
• The Programme’s producers may call the winners once or multiple times live on-air on Good Morning Britain, Lorraine, This Morning and/or Loose Women, at their own discretion, within one (1) week of the closing date and time of the Prize Draw however, please note that any public announcement made regarding the winner is pending verification unless otherwise stated and should not be considered final confirmation.
• By entering the Prize Draw, you confirm that you consent to the Programme’s production team phoning you live on-air on the Programme and for your name, general location, and details of the prize that you have won to be announced in the Programme, on the Website, on social media platforms and/or elsewhere at the Promoter’s and/or Programme producers’ discretion. This therefore works as a “3 entries for the price of 2 entries” offer followed by “buy one entry get one entry free” offers. Each call costs £2.50 plus your network access charge.
• SMS text – send an SMS text with the keyword WIN, APP or WINNER to 80118; up to twelve (12) paid entries per phone number. Entrants who send a second SMS text entry using the same mobile number by the closing date and time will receive a third entry into the Prize Draw without charge (based on the same details as submitted in their previous paid entry). For each subsequent entry from the same mobile number, the entrant will receive an additional entry without charge (based on the same details as submitted in their previous paid entry). This therefore works as a “3 entries for the price of 2 entries” offer followed by “buy one entry get one entry free” offers.  Where you opt to enter through one of the promoted paid entry routes, ITV must have received evidence of payment of any costs (as notified to ITV by the applicable payment provider) relating to the entry (as set out in the on screen promotion and these terms and conditions) by the time that ITV conducts the winner selection in accordance with the Winner Selection & Contactsection above. However, if you need further information on these costs please contact us or visit www.phonecharges.org. Prize: This one (1) prize of £102,000 and payment of the winner’s mortgage or rent for twelve (12) months. (i) £102,000 cash This element of the prize consists of £102,000 (one hundred two thousand pounds) made payable by BACS in the name of the entrant only. (ii) Payment of the winner’s mortgage or rent for twelve (12) months This element of the prize consists of payment of the winner’s mortgage or rent on their main UK, Channel Islands or Isle of Man residence for a period of twelve (12) months up to the maximum value of £18,000 (eighteen thousand pounds) (“the mortgage payments and/or rent payments”), subject to the following terms and conditions: Entrants must have an existing mortgage in accordance with a valid written mortgage agreement in respect of their main residence located in the UK, Channel Islands or Isle of Man or be paying rent in accordance with a valid written tenancy agreement in respect of a property located in the UK, Channel Islands or Isle of Man and have made all payments due at the time of entering the Prize Draw. The Promoter will not pay any mortgage arrears or unpaid rent existing at the time of entering into the Prize Draw. Payments will be calculated by the Promoter based on the winner’s existing monthly payments at the time of entering the Prize Draw, and will include the following elements: a) capital repayments; and/orb) interest charges on the mortgage; and/orc) payments of premiums due in respect of an endowment or similar insurance policy directly    linked to the mortgage; and/ord) the monthly rent payment as specified in the winner’s tenancy agreement.  Where payments are weekly, the Promoter will make the appropriate re-calculation. The Promoter shall require documentary evidence of any such mortgage or rent existing payments paid by the winner for the three (3) months prior to the date of the winner confirmation (e.g. mortgage statements, bank statements, rent books, etc) (“Evidence”). In the event that the winner is unable to provide the Promoter with such Evidence to the Promoter’s satisfaction, the Promoter shall be entitled to disqualify the winner from winning the mortgage payments and/or rent payments element of the prize. In the event that the winner’s mortgage or rent payments are not as described above (e.g. a current account mortgage such as a ‘Virgin One’ account), or if the winner’s mortgage or rental arrangements are not clearly identifiable from a mortgage agreement or tenancy agreement, then the Promoter shall decide in its sole discretion the amount to be paid to the winner based on any other evidence of mortgage or rent payments which can be given by the winner. In the event that the winner disagrees with the Promoter’s decision as to the amount to be paid by the Promoter the dispute shall be referred (at the Promoter’s cost) to an independent financial advisor, to be appointed by the Promoter, who shall decide upon the dispute and whose decision shall be final and binding upon the Promoter and the winner. Where the winner has a joint mortgage and/or rent, the Promoter will pay an amount calculated upon the full amount of the monthly payment due, and not just the winner’s share.  In the event that the winner’s monthly payments increase at any time, the Promoter shall have no obligation to make any additional payments to cover any such increase. For the avoidance of doubt, the prize excludes any associated costs and expenses which may be incurred by the winner or which are related to the winner’s mortgage or rent. The mortgage payments and/or rent payments will be paid by BACS made out in the name of the winner only.  Failure to provide the relevant details may result in forfeiture of the mortgage payments and/or rent payments. Other restrictions may apply. In the event that the winner does not have mortgage and/or rent payments or the winner is unable to provide the Promoter with Evidence to the Promoter’s satisfaction, the Promoter may decide in its sole discretion to award the sum of £10,000 (ten thousand pounds) to the winner.
