  • Well, I used the fantastic template letter above vey kindly provided by TimeLord1 giving them 15 days to provide a full response and refund (it was received at 14:14pm on 10/02/2026)……nothing!

    No response and no refund :(

    Now what to do I wonder?

    I think the wheels have fallen off everything in this country!

    I had a problem with the DWP a few years ago. I contacted my MP who had a reputation for being helpful and he read them the riot act. Result - I got the problem sorted out, a letter of apology from the DWP and £50 compensation. 😺
