As many others have done before me I would just like to thank everybody involved with this Forum and report another victory as I today received notice that DCB Legal have discontinued Court proceedings as predicted in the forum. Please see formal notification attached.

The moral of this story with DCBL is never pay them regardless of their threats and discount offers
Of course everyone should respond to a real court claim
