HOW (letteer, court, chat in pub) did relative "Take over" being landlord, please?? Unless something obvious happened then I think landlord is tll "estate of deceased landlord"

I'm not totally sure.
I know the original landlords estate went through probate ( as it was mentioned) so I assumed it was sorted during that. But yes maybe that was an error to assume anything? As to assume makes an !!!!!! out of U and me doesn't it?
I will speak with them and ask, will also ask who was on last tenancy agreement from last year? Whether it was original landlord new landlord or agency??
