PCM Apple Blossom Court - Two PCNs one week apart on Sundays, IAS dismissed, refused all settlement

We don't need to elaborate on 'safely' ignoring Trace because you are ALWAYS safe to ignore Trace… and you've been signposted to what to read and where to find that info.
PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

There is no need to post volumes of text on here …… Save it if you get a claim
THE IAS …. An invention by Gladstones solicitors being Davies and Hurley. Both exposed many times on here. The IAS is simply a sham to protect their members.
TRACE ….. A jumped up debt collector who are pointless and powerless and to threaten a CCJ is just a joke, showing they are just idiots ….. WHAT FOOLS THEY ARE …. the latest version of the Kray Twins ,,,,,,, sewage living critters
Nothing to fear from TRACE, never contact them, ignore them, they are part of the great parking scam
The fake add-on of £70 by Trace will p[!!!!!! on if the PPC goes via legal … IT IS STILL A SCAM and judges know this
You must IGNORE these idiots so come back here if you get a court claim

Thank you everyone for any help.
Just to add some personal context: I am a registered disabled person (Blue Badge holder), and I am the only financial provider for my wife and our 4 young children. My situation is very difficult right now – my car was scrapped in December 2025 after a major breakdown on the motorway (huge recovery costs), and I have no transport anymore. This has made everything much harder, especially with basic living expenses.
Both PCNs happened on Sundays within one week, when I was trying to buy a pram for my baby – I never intended to break any rules, and there was no clear PCM sign at the entrance I used (Pascal Street). I would have paid the original discounted amount (£60 each, total £120) immediately if I knew it was private land, but the signage was not visible.
I tried many times to settle reasonably with PCM (offered £60 + cancel one, then humanitarian grounds), but they refused everything. Now with TRACE demanding £340, it's impossible for me.
Any advice on ignoring TRACE safely, or what to do if LBC or court papers arrive? I can upload more photos/letters if needed.
Thank you again so much.

Don’t pay. Don’t think about paying.
There are numerous other examples of your Moorside letter on this forum.
You are waiting for the real Letter before Claim when you can follow the steps laid out in the “Newbies” thread4 -
We thought you'd be expecting the Moorside letters, as they are the same group as Trace and are shown on every thread like yours. Read a few!
Obviously nobody pays and if you read other exact same threads you'd know to await the second Moorside letter.
This isn't anything new or different. Prepare yourself for the very easy template responses needed (later) by just reading a dozen or more Moorside threads. Easy.
People posting for the past 2 years on this forum (since new boys Moorside first jumped on this intimidatory bandwagon) have been there, done that, laughed at the letters, had a court claim, defended it - and nobody pays.
