Royal(Czech)Mail large parcel MIA

3 weeks waiting for a large parcel with £70 value.

Please, how do I contact this lot directly? Their site just takes people around in a perpetual loop ad nauseam, ad infinitum. Usual story with most sites nowadays.

Is this something you have bought from eBay or from a business? On eBay you open an INR claim. If it's another business you need to contact them to ask for your money back or to send a replacement.

    Or are you the sender?

As above, who contracted royal mail? Usually this is the sender (or eBay if this was a simple delivery item).

The person or business who paid for the postage needs to claim.
