How do I contact Insta?
My Instagram account was blocked today, no clue as to why.
Last time this happened I provided my mobile number. No reception here since this afternoon, so unable to verify, so at risk of losing account, email states. They`ve sent 3 codes but so far my phone won`t receive. Reception always poor here. Can`t even message to use someone else`s phone tonight.

Instagram does not offer human, direct contact support for ordinary users. There is no general phone number, email address, or live chat you can use to “contact Insta”. Account recovery and appeals are handled entirely through in-app or web forms, and mostly by automated systems. If Instagram has locked an account and is asking for SMS verification, there is no alternative verification method available in real time
