Online shop took my money, didn't send the goods
I ordered a couple of items from ONLY clothing brand in December - one item arrived, but the other didn't. The company charged me the full amount and won't refund me. They keep making excuses and their latest is that I have to return the item to get them to issue a refund. I keep telling them I don't have an item to return. Their customer service is terrible - how can I get my money back?

It was only £12, but that is still £12 of my money that they have taken. I have actually had an email today asking for a bank statement showing that the money was taken and not returned, so I've done that - waiting for their response now.

Chargeback for non receipt on a part order should be viable IIRC, speak to bank if you paid by card OP.
