Our Taap 12-month subscription with free installation x1

1. This competition is open to residents of the United Kingdom aged 18 years or over who live in mainland England, Scotland or Wales. Residents of Northern Ireland and all surrounding islands are excluded.
   
2. Our Taap is a subscription-based service. In order to receive the prize, the competition winner must enter into a 12-month fixed-term subscription agreement with Our Taap at no cost (£0.00).
   
3. The prize consists of a 12-month Our Taap subscription provided at no charge on a 12-month fixed-term contract. This includes machine hire, professional installation, all required filter replacements during the 12-month period, and ongoing customer support.
   
4. At the end of the 12-month minimum term, the winner may choose to:
   a) Continue on a monthly rolling subscription at £35.99 per month, subject to any price changes notified by Our Taap in accordance with its standard terms;
   b) Upgrade to any new Our Taap systems available at that time under a new subscription agreement; or
   c) Cancel the subscription by providing at least 30 days’ notice and returning the machine to Our Taap at no charge.
   
5. If the winner takes no action at the end of the 12-month minimum term, the subscription will automatically continue on a monthly rolling basis at £35.99 per month, subject to any price changes notified by Our Taap.
   
6. Installation of the Our Taap Home Water System II is subject to suitability. The system must be installed within 12 metres of a water mains connection and within 2 metres of a suitable power outlet. Installation involves connection to the mains water supply and may require drilling a small hole of approximately 8mm through the countertop.
   
7. The Our Taap Home Water System II can be installed in most residential properties. If the winner resides in rented accommodation, they are responsible for obtaining the property owner’s permission prior to installation, as minor alterations to the countertop may be required.
   
8. Delivery and installation of the prize are available only to residential addresses located in mainland England, Scotland and Wales, excluding all surrounding islands.
   
9. If the selected winner does not meet these terms and conditions, or is unable to accept the prize for any reason, their entry will be deemed invalid and Our Taap reserves the right to select an alternative winner.
