Now TV on Firestick issue
My sister has a Firestick and used it to watch live Now tv channels and in the last few days while watching live sports channels there is a black box in the top right hand side of the screen.
I have gone into the settings and can not for the life of me get rid of it.
So is this a known issue?
Also on the UHD Sports channels the lip sync is a issue as well but only on the UHD channels so is there a way to fix that?

Got a Ring doorbell? Might be Alexa trying to put up picture-in-picture (wrongly). Try turning off the notifications in the Alexa app.
Lip sync out on Sky Sports? Why is it a problem when watching blokes kicking balls or horses running in circles?
