Replacement/courtesy car

No communication with the garage apart from udating me on the progress of repairs.

I have written to Aviva asking for clarification of the replacement vehicle hire, adding that Enterprise are demanding that I forward all bank account details. Awaiting reply.

A Ford Ka would have been unacceptable as it is a 4x2 the same as what we already own, also the same although larger, as the car Enterprise provided us with 4z2. We cannot get off the croft with two wheel drive. In fact I think we only managed to use it three times in the 54 days of hire.

Have not replied to Enterprise solicitors as yet.
