Energy club cashback
Has anyone else had difficulty getting the promised cashback after switching through the energy club?
I switched 14 months ago and I'm still waiting. I checked the energy club today to look at the latest deals and see the savings include the cashback.
I've contacted the energy club and the response is that they have not recieved the cashback from the energy supplier.
I understand this but it was the energy club that offered it as part of the switch.
The result of this is that I don't trust the service now.

I've used it twice, and on both occasions I had the cashback paid out a couple of months down the line, so with you waiting for 14 months, something must have definitely gone wrong
