I've maxed out sole switches, can I now repeat using joint accounts?

I seem to have run out of options doing sole bank account switches, but I have a joint account with my wife. Does anyone know if that joint account would be eligible for switch incentives?

*My wife has never bank tarted, she 'can't be bothered', don't know if that would make a difference.

You need to read the T&Cs of the particular switch offers you're considering. Most of them won't allow you to get a second incentive by doing a joint switch, Nationwide being a notable exception.

Your wife not having had previous incentives won't help with your ineligibility for joint switches, but it will allow her to do all the sole switches.

  • Thanks for that, I'll check out the Nationwide one.
