Worth getting anti allergy pillow protectors?
When it comes to allergies, blocked noses etc, is itcworth getting an anti allergy pillow protector or normal one washed the same?

I suspect it's different for different individuals. It's worth trying one for what they cost.

I think it depends what sort of pillows you have. I use synthetic ones, so there seems no need for an anti allergy protector: there's nothing in the pillow that the bugs would eat. If you prefer natural down pillows, then that's another matter.
If it sticks, force it.
If it breaks, well it wasn't working right anyway.0 -

I don't find that any of the anti-allergy mattress or pillow covers do any good for me, what has helped is an anti-histamine prescription from my GP. Bear in mind that the effectiveness of the medication builds up over several days but if you miss a dose it immediately stops working so you have to be quite organised to get the best results.
