How to sell my paper shares?
Hi,
I wonder if anyone can give me some advice please?
I bought some shares about 25 years ago. I have the paper certificates. They are worth about £1k.
What is the best / easiest method of selling them? I want to get the cash and reinvest it somewhere else.
Thanks in advance.

Cheapest for 1K - Open a trading account with Scottish Widows Trading (iWeb as was), in the menu look depositing share certificates, download form for depositing, download crest transfer form and send off to the firm. Should take about 5-10 days to appear in the account. No charge for this and £5 to sell.
