Hi, Yh I've got all the details and I would owe just over £5000, 50% of the total cost of borrowing (including the interest) less what I've paid so far which isn't a lot (10 months into agreement). I spoke to Trust Deed Scotland and they advised this would be added to my trust deed. So I've taken the plunge and advised the finance company I want to Voluntary Terminate the agreement….They are going to give me a date for collecting the car etc and any damage the person uplifting deems needs to be added will be confirmed there and then. As it will be added to my Trust Deed, TDS have advised that it's the best to do it now before the Trust Deed is in place so it can be included….means I still pay the same amount per month for 4 years, with the balance being written off at the end of that.
