Interesting that they claim the "registered owner" is liable.
There is no such thing as the registered owner, only a registered keeper who may or may not the owner.And the driver is "liable", not the keeper anyway. And without the details of the driver, they cannot hold the keeper liable because airport land does not fall under the legislation they are relying upon.
Yes, not just unreasonable - fraudulent.

Follow the thread linked above. Appeal as keeper, do not under any circumstances identify the driver.

100% impossible for a keeper to lose. Hopefully you are the registered keeper and it's not a leased or company car. If not, no advice needed.
