Help with figuring out whether I should appeal with POPLA or not

    Add that you also require to see the landowner contract because - this car park being a tight space with ramps to manoeuvre then payment method hoops to jump - you reasonably believe (and have heard) that the landowner contract in fact sets a 15 minute total grace period, as many similar multi-storeys do.

    After submitting appeal to POPLA, ECP cancelled the charge before they responded!! Thanks all for your help

    I made this up by the way:

    it's well worth suggesting longer grace periods exist, to force a PPC to have to prove otherwise. Easier for them to fold!
