Current terms saved on internet archive here: https://web.archive.org/web/20260202092409/https%3A//www.co-operativebank.co.uk/pdfs/bank/currentaccounts/switching/switch-offer-terms-and-conditions-jan-26.pdf

Note there is, at present, no end date for this offer, so no immediate hurry. But they will presumably pull it within a month or so.

Also note that though there is a Direct Debit requirement, it isn't a requirement for the account being switched, but for the account afterwards, within 30 days of the switch. So DDs can be switched in, or be created afterwards (within 30 days), or be already on the account being switched to.

Will scroll through the full T&Cs later but would be interested in thoughts as to whether clause 1.4 of Part A is intended to exclude customers who received referral offer payments (either as the referrer, or referee) in the last couple of years.

They seem to be excluding "New Customer switch offer beneficiaries" which I think would technically not preclude existing customers who referred new customers (and received a payment as such) from availing of this offer? But new customers who were referred might have a weaker case - IIRC Co-op have repeatedly claimed the referral offer is a switch offer albeit from memory some people had success arguing against this with Co-op / FOS escalation.

Surprised Co-op haven't made the restriction language clearer in this respect (i.e. specifically exclude beneficiaries of "referral offers" as well as "switch offers").
