Restoring paint on a Aircraft Boing 737

Definitely worth trying the "Tech Log" board on PPrune forum then. If the grey has been applied to cover the logo then it may be an easily removable paint if you know the right chemical to do it.
As Baldytyke88's post suggests, aircraft painting is complicated and high tec - if there was a chance of the airframe being sold for further use then they probably wouldn't have slapped Dulux gloss over it with a 6" brush.

You could try Peel Tec - it's a spray on pain remover that's non aggressive,
If the red paint is bomb proof if think Peel Tec wouldn't damage it - but as above, try in an inconspicuous area!

thanks but I think it might be to aggressive, but I do have a can of multisolve that I will give that a try on a small area.. Just waiting for some plastic razor blades I bought to arrive.

Interesting!
Not used Peel Tec myself but yeah, perhaps. Multi solve rocks though, used it on all sorts!
