TERMS AND CONDITIONS for MAGIC RADIO x RAMBLE WORLDWIDE – Spotlight – 31st January 2026 to 15th February 2026 (the competition”).

These terms and conditions (the “Specific Terms”) for the Competition should be read alongside our general competition terms and conditions at:  http://www.bauerlegal.co.uk/radio-competition-terms.html  (the “General Terms”) which will also apply to this Competition. Where there is any conflict between these Specific Terms and the General Terms, the Specific Terms shall prevail.

There will be 1 (one) winner of the Competition in total.

3. ENTRY PERIOD

Entries must be submitted during the following entry period:

From 31st January 2026 at 00:01 am (the “Start Time”) to 15th February 2026 at 23:59 pm (“End Time”).

Entries received before the Start Time or after the End Time will be invalid. 

If the winner cannot be contacted within 3 days from the date of [the initial attempt to contact them, then we will re-draw until we draw a winner that we are satisfied (in our sole discretion) fulfils all of the eligibility criteria and is in compliance with these Terms. 

4. ENTRY RESTRICTIONS

● Open to UK residents aged 18 years or over on date of entry. 

● Employees, agents, distributors, or anyone else professionally connected with Ramble Worldwide, Veritaly Travel, or Bauer Media (Magic Radio), and their immediate families, are excluded from entering.

● We reserve the right to disqualify any entrant or winner who does not comply with any of the eligibility criteria and/or is in breach of these Terms. We reserve the right to repeat the competition mechanic or any stage of it in order to draw a winner that fulfils all of the eligibility criteria and is in compliance with these Terms.

● Anyone who has won a Bauer competition to the value of £500 or more within the past 6 months on any Bauer Radio Brand, will not be eligible to take part in this competition nor will anyone else at their address. If by any chance they get through to the phone lines – any prize they have been successful with will not be awarded. One (1) winner will win the following prize (the prize):

· The prize is a guided walking holiday for two people on the Ramble Worldwide tour “Undiscovered Sardinia”, departing 18 April 2026 and returning 25 April 2026.

The prize provided by Ramble Worldwide includes:

· Return economy flights from London Gatwick to Olbia (for 2 people)

· Airport transfers (For 2 people from Olbia Costa Smeralda Airport to hotel accommodation)

· En-suite four-star hotel accommodation for two people sharing a twin or double room

· Half board, including:

o Four dinners in the hotel

o Three dinners taken at local restaurants

· All local transport required for the itinerary, including private coach, public bus and public ferry

· All entrances as noted in the itinerary

· Services of a local guide and ramble worldwide leader for the duration of the holiday

· All local tips and taxes

In addition to the above, Bauer Media will additionally provide:

· Travel Insurance for the winner and their guest for the duration of the trip.

· Return transfers from the winners’ home mainline railway station or in some cases, nearest airport to London Gatwick Airport. This may in some cases involve travelling the previous day and returning the following day, meaning the winner may need to be available from 17th – 26th April 2026.

Prize Exclusions

The prize does not include:

· Lunches

· Walking snacks

· Drinks (alcoholic or soft)

· Personal spending money

· Optional extras or upgrades

· Additional luggage allowance for flights

1. Promoter and Host

· The Promoter is Ramble Worldwide, in partnership with Veritaly Travel (“the Promoter”).

· The competition is hosted and administered by Bauer Media (Magic Radio) on the Magic Radio website.

Additional Prize Terms and Conditions

· You will be responsible for ensuring that you (and any of your guests) have a valid, in-date passport for travelling and are also responsible for securing and paying for any and all visas required for travel. You will also be responsible for sourcing and paying for any vaccinations or other medical provisions required for travel, for both you and your guests.

· It is your responsibility to ensure that you (and your guest) are fit, well and able to travel and take part in activities involved in the prize. We reserve the right to withdraw the prize from a prize winner and re-award the prize to another entrant where health reasons or concerns prevent a prize winner (or any of their guests) from taking up the prize.

· It is the responsibility of the winner to make sure they arrive at each departure point at the required time. Any winner who does not make the departure time will be required to make their own further travel arrangements at their own cost.

· The Prize cannot be sold, exchanged, bartered, raffled, auctioned or redeemed for cash or money’s worth.

· The Winner will have 5 days to confirm acceptance of the Prize and must provide passenger details for themselves and their nominated guest including passport details. Failure to provide details within that time may result in forfeiture of the Prize.

· You must be able to take the Prize on the dates above as stated, or on those dates otherwise offered by the Prize Provider, which may be subject to change and are at all times subject to availability. If you are unable to accept the Prize of the dates offered, we reserve the right to withdraw it and award the Prize to another entrant.

· Events may occur that render the Competition itself or the awarding of the prize impossible due to reasons beyond the control of the Prize Provider and accordingly the Bauer Parties may at its absolute discretion vary or amend the promotion and the entrants agree that no liability shall attach to the Prize Provider as a result thereof.
