NCF Living
I ordered 2 sofas from NCF living in nova 2025, i paid on my credit card and i received a text message from the delivery company furdeco for dec 4th. The day of the delivery i received a 2nd text saying the delivery couldn’t go ahead as ncf had sent furdeco a 3 seater and a 2 seater when my original order was for 2 X 2 seaters. NCF LIving doesn’t have a customer support phone number which is ever answered so i repeatedly emailed. i got occasional replies to say they were working on it. I also went back into the physical store but they just said they would email customer support. Fast forward to 29th Jan 2026 and i received a text from the delivery company to say they were delivering 1 sofa, this happened without issued and i am happy with the quality of the sofa. However, i am still waiting for my 2nd sofa and have again emailed customer support without reply. i have issued a credit card chargeback request from my credit card company. This is by any stretch the worst company i have ever had to deal with and i would want people to steer clear of them.

By pursuing a chargeback claim, are you suggesting that your favoured outcome is to keep the sofa that was delivered and to obtain a refund for the other one?
