You need to add the usual extra point about no landowner authority, except it quotes an out of date BPA CoP para 7 which needs editing to Joint CoP clause 14 quote instead. Then add that these bays are in fact leased by Tesla so any landowner authority must be from them as they have title over those bays. Not the managing agents for the rest of the car park which is separately owned. ParkingEye are put to strict proof that Tesla do NOT lease those bays because clearly, they do (all EV bays on private land are leased to EV providers) and Tesla have not contracted with ParkingEye.
