Untruths from Trivago
Just tried to book a Premier Inn room for 2 nights in a specific hotel on a specific date !
Booking direct - £218-£242 (depending on Flex)
Trivago - £223 (claiming 38% discount)
Also - I need an accessible room and with Trivago, there's NO WAY to select an accessible room !!
If I was half as smart as I think I am - I'd be twice as smart as I REALLY am.

Book direct.

The budget chain hotels (Travelodge, Premier Inn, Holiday Inn Express etc) are never cheaper via the aggregators rather than going direct.

What is Trivago being untruthful about?

As posted in your earlier version of the thread:
Surely Trivago is just reported prices offered by other providers, i.e. is any misrepresentation only being made by other companies?
Similarly for accessibility, they allow search filtering based on various accessibility criteria, e.g. Wheelchair accessible, In-room accessibility, Accessible parking, but are still ultimately relaying data from other companies.

I think the OP should read Trivago's website - specifically 'what is Trivago'.

I see no filtering - apart from pet friendly rooms !

Premier inn charges fixed prices - they never offer a discount - hence I tried Trivago

Premierinn were offering discounts on stays of two consecutive nights or more, however that particular offer has now ended.
