Can't expand quote to show all text (Down-arrow missing/unclickable)

Yesterday I had one quote arrow work but otherwise the glitch is ongoing. The only change is that arrow on that one post did work, but not others and newer quotes today aren't working.

I'm still experiencing this problem. Sometimes the down arrow works, and sometimes it doesn't. In some cases it will work on one post in a thread, but not on another one. This makes many threads incomprehensible.

I'm using the Chrome browser on an android phone.

I've found the only way to force it to work (for me anyway, on an iPhone) is, every time you visit the following page in a thread, to close the webpage and reopen it, it's a PITA to do, but if necessary I've found this will work. The whole layout and operation of the forum has taken a resounding nose dive since the last changes. Quoting (not being able to view multiple quotes in a thread anymore) is so incredibly unhelpful and frustrating and is something I cannot get used to. I only view on my 'phone occasionally as I use a PC most of the time.

Glitch is still ongoing for me, all variants of it. (Still on Android.)
