NHS VR
If you take Voluntary redundancy from the NHS can you go and work as a bank staff memeber one week later? Is there a clawback clause?

I think it is 4 weeks but you need to check up on the small print

Is it a "voluntary redundancy" or a "mutually agreed resignation"
IIRC its a locally decided matter rather than a nation AfC thing so will be in the offer paperwork

If it’s VR we have been told it’s a 6 or 12 month clawback ( depending on the size of your payout) . That’s if you go on to work for an NHS organisation. A way round it would e to work in the private health sector for a while. Or for a GP practice if applicable, as they are considered small businesses.

What about an agency doing bank that way?

If you do bank in an NHS setting that would still trigger clawback. If it was in private healthcare that would be ok.
