Bank of Scotland regular saver…
Renewal or closure still not possible today. Error message on closure screen said to contact them.
Contacted them on chat and the bot gave the same instructions that had been tried unsuccessfully. On answering 'no' to the 'did it work' question, I was told I would be transferred to an agent but this could take up to 30 minutes. Over an hour later an agent finally turned up and the account was closed.

Monmouthshire Building Society Exclusive App Saver & Exclusive Branch Saver - Faster Payments
Made faster payments on early morning on 31 March (Tue). Now dated today, 1 Apr (Wed), both showing ZEROs as Credit in Mobile App. Is it only me? 🤔

The same thing happened to me just after midnight. I sent my funds to the app, exclusive RS. Looked again at 7.25am, and zero credit looked once more at 11ish this morning and all showing correct now.

How do you renew the Monmouthshire 6% RS? I have £4K in there and getting a bit short of EA cash to keep funding. Would also be good to renew before the new financial year.

Log into the website to request closure (requires manual intervention but usually done within a few hours.)
Once actioned, log onto the app to open a new account (online application is no longer available.)

I have 'zero' credits in all my Monmouthshire a/cs as well but when I click on them they're all described as, "interest projection." I suspect these may be linked to the incorrect 31/03 interest date that the app had been showing so probably just a bug.
I expect the money I deposited today will show tomorrow.

Darlington withdrawal timescale.
If I were to request a withdrawal from my Darlington RS first thing in the morning on a working day, when might I expect to receive the money in my nominated account?
Darlington Ts & Cs state 'By the end of the next working day' but that's the same as minimum Faster Payment timescale. In reality would I expect to receive the money on the same day or next working day?

I eventually got my withdrawal sorted earlier this morning and received the money about 20 minutes ago.

Usual drill:
Leeds BS Regular Saver (Issue 75) at 4.45% NLA, replaced by issue 76 at the same rate with a new maturity date of 1/4/28.
Chorley BS Regular Saver (28.02.2027) and Chorley BS Regional 2 Year Flexible Saver (29.02.2028) both at 5% NLA, replaced by Chorley BS Regular Saver (31.03.2027) and Chorley BS Regional 2 Year Flexible Saver (31.03.2028) respectively at the same rate.

Just a reminder tomorrow is the final working day of the 2025-6 tax year.
For those wishing to refresh or close regular savers beware some do not process requests to close accounts received outside of their normal business hours until the following working day so ensure you get your requests to close regular savers in quickly if you haven't already done so, otherwise they may not be actioned until Tuesday 7th April.
