EBay tracked Royal Mail delivery scam

Yes, I have found multiple sold items of the same phone and brought it up with eBay but it did not help. EBay and PayPal both closed the case in scammer’s favour. They do not accept those pictures, GPS co-ordinates of delivery, my door picture, ring door bell video covering date and time as a proof of non-delivery. I have tried contacting Royal Mail again and they confirmed over the phone first part of the delivery postcode which matches to the GPS location yet they are refusing to provide email confirmation.

I have done that and Royal Mail verbally confirmed first part of postcode over the phone but EBay still would not accept. They said it was via simple delivery and it can not be manipulated.

If the postcode is from a different mail centre (or at least delivery office) take a screenshot of the tracking and keep badgering eBay that the parcel has been redirected. There are other instances discussed on here. It is happening.

Did you put the co-ordinates into Google and find the exact location that it was delivered to ? From there you can do a post code look up and get full tracking.

I understood op can see full tracking by entering their own postcode (and as far as ebay are concerned that proves delivery). I'm guessing ebay would be more open if the op's postcode didn't give access to full tracking.

I have full delivery address, it’s miles away. PayPal has acknowledged item was delivered to a wrong address as they could see this in their system. But they said it is 25 miles away which is apparently considered as acceptable delivery range by PayPal per their company’s policies as it’s within the same country and I don’t need to travel to a different country to collect it (literally they said this). Isn’t such a policy in breach of consumer rights, as how can 25 miles radius be acceptable proof of delivery of a physical item, it’s seems unbelievable yet it’s true.
