hello please see attached pcn.

I can’t believe this has firm has given me a ticket in this area. Nothing suggested this was private land. You can even see the photo they have taken which appears to show this as a normal public road.

I was delivery a Amazon parcel and only spent 2 minutes. I got no pcn on my windscreen and only just got the pcn in the post today

Please any advice what I should do?

They seem like they are with IAS (independent appeals service)

From the pictures it doesn’t look clear that it is private land and double yellow lines allow drop offs etc so looks like a scam site.

This road has cropped up here before it is a honeytrap, there are no signs at the end telling you it's private land and special terms and conditions are in force, if the signage where ever it is does not mention parking on the pavement they cannot add that as a hidden term in the contract. Double yellow lines on a normal highway mean you can stop and load or drop off, but of course on private land they hide additional terms in the signage.

It's a scam no one pays this bunch of dimwits with help on here.

Look not an entrance sign in sight:

And where you parked on the right again not a sign in sight:

That sign they show in there evidence could be anywhere.
