Have you told them that you won't be paying because it is statute barred?
Draw their attention to
CONC 7.15.8

I did with lowell I sent them a statue barred letter but resolvecall I haven't answered texts or the letter and thank you I just read that, so I will just send another statue barred letter to resolvecall as lowell sent me a letter stating rc are taking over my account

I suggest instead you send Lowell a complaint saying you told them on dd/mm/yy that the debt is statute barred and that the regulator's rules say
CONC 7.15.8 A firm must not continue to demand payment from a customer after the customer has stated that he will not be paying the debt because it is statute barred.
so they should not have asked Resolve Call to visit you.

When a debt becomes statute barred, all that means is a creditor is prevented from obtaining a CCJ against the debtor for that debt, in law it remains payable, its just not enforceable.
But the likes of Lowell like to push things as far as they can, so if you want to have some fun with them, go down the complaints route, otherwise you can just ignore everything short of a threat of legal action from them.
Resolvecall are just a 3rd party collection company with as much importance as your average "just eat" driver, that`s nothing against just eat drivers, but you see where I`m going with this.

UPDATE
I sent them this letter
They sent back a letter with 3 random dates on it so I ignored it then yesterday I received this
So thank you for the advise much appreciated

what were the three random dates - were Lloyds saying you had made a payment then? How long ago?

Resolvecall sent me a letter after the statue barred stating default date and last payment and the date that it would be statue barred but they were all random
0 -
Can you say what all these dates were and the amount of any alleged payment? You may think they are random, but it helps to know these details

Sorry I am unable to find the letter right now soon as I find it I will post in here
