Nationwide finger print biometrics
Have Nationwide stopped using finger prints to log on ?
Mine stopped working a few days ago and I am unable to set up a new fingerprint
If I was half as smart as I think I am - I'd be twice as smart as I REALLY am.

Which OS?
Have FaceID rather than TouchID but its working fine but guessing you must be on Android as iPhones dont setup biometrics for individual apps.

Does your fingerprint still work for other things, such as logging onto your phone?
If so, within the app, try clicking on your profile (top left) > Security and ensure you have the option enabled.
