ABTA any success stories or tips?

Yes, but the OP's complaint was that they had booked to the new sailing (2 adults plus 1 child) and then the sailing later changed to adults only. I think it makes a very material difference as to whether the re-scheduled booking ever showed 2 adults plus 1 child or was only ever a booking for 2 adults. I suspect the latter.

The key question here is was the cruise originally open to any/all ages when the OP won the prize - then later changed to Adults Only ?
I suspect not……..but happy to be corrected.

Thanks for all your help my MCOL post is still up (if anyones interested but as I'm not chasing the prize promoter now) it's now with abta (as the said cruise line is listed as the organiser) and bound by abta and the PTRs

According to Ambassador they have multi-generational (their terminology) cruises up until August this year then it's adult only.
They do offer some cruises which allow children, however they seem to be in school holidays and none of 7 nights duration. The latter aspect obviously precludes the OP requesting a like for like booking based on the prize Ts&Cs.
