Has anyone booked a cruise through this site? It offers discounted fares across a range of cruise lines.

The offers are attractive but I'm wary. It's US based and I'm concerned about not having the usual safeguards -ABTA/ATOL etc. Another concern is making a payment to a US company.

I did search this site and there was a short thread from twenty years ago but I'm looking for more up to date facts.

Thank you to anyone who can share any experiences of this company.

I haven't booked with them in a few years but have had half a dozen or so cruises booked through them over the years. They are a pretty big player in the cruise market.

No complaints from me, or people I've met who have used them.

Always booked my own flights, yes. And payment is just like any overseas payment. Make sure you use a card that won't result in fees.

Check out trustpilot. Reviews are mixed but it seems like most f the poor reviews relate to issue resolution and customer service - typically cruise aggregate i guess, once they've got you booked they lose interest.

If everything goes well you'll be fine - only you can tell if the saving is worth the potential risk.
