Hi Can anyone help please.

I received a ticket in late December 2025 by this company for parking on private land. Issued 2 days after the date on the notice in December 2025. I didn't receive the fine /letter in the post until a week to 10 days after, during Christmas period. Their standard format pay within 14 days at reduced price of £60. I placed an appeal on their website. I did not acknowledge I was the driver but acting on their behalf and provided reasons why the ticket should be cancelled, ( I was a genuine visitor, i was no causing an obstruction it was an isolated oversight , There was no intention to breach terms and conditions etc ) i did not receive a reply via e mail until a month later stating that they refused to have any correspondence with me until registered keeper provides authority to deal with this matter and due to data protection.

I contacted them via telephone yesterday and of course they suggested the registered keeper contacts them directly as its easier in terms of correspondence ( they want to confirm who's liable so they can be chased ) and the fine has now increased to £100. I'm more than annoyed with this company any suggestions please?

You don't have a fine. Tell the registered keeper to ignore it. Nobody pays UKCPM.

Tell them if the recipient of the upcoming £170 threatograms moves house but please don't show us those letters.
