Balance Transfer Card for Next Account

Hi all!

I’m autistic so bear with me, I tend to just write things as they are in my head so I hope it makes sense to at least one person  :D

I’ve been pre approved a balance transfer card at 0% for 31 months with £3000.

I’m wanting to use this to pay off my Next credit account faster which is at £3000, its interest is 24.9% and I pay £145 per month!

My question is this, to pay it off, do I go onto the app of my balance transfer card, then just enter the details of the next account and sort code (plus my customer number as the reference) and send £3000?

I want to make sure I’m understanding the process and that I’m using the right sort of card! I’ll still be happy to be paying £145 per month onto the balance transfer card so I should hopefully have it all paid off in 20 months yes?

Thanks in advance!
