Just had a "Our charges are changing" email from Hargreaves Lansdown. Changes kick in 1st March.

Positives are:
Management fee is dropping from 0.45% to 0.35%
Trading Fees dropping from £11.95 to £6.95

Negatives:
New charge of £1.95 to trade funds - was zero
Cap on fees for shares up from £45 to £150.

I'm going £105 worse off on my S&S ISA, so transferring to Trading 212 - which is free
I'm going to be £20 worse off on my Share account, so transferring to Trading 212 - which is free
I will be £92 better off with my SIPP, so will stay put for the time being - Trading 212 doesn't have a SIPP yet!
