So not only is it a very cheap quote but the people you contacted are creaming off their commission/fees as well as paying the company that actually are doing the work so the actual installation cost will be much lower.
It would be interesting to know how much that company will quote for the same system.

Remember the saying: if it looks too good to be true it almost certainly is.
