DCB Legal iPark Services - claim discontinued!

Hi. As expected, we did not come to a mediation after the call. I take it we just wait now?

Correct, keep following the 8 steps in the defence template thread, plus the IMPORTANT section in post 2 in the newbies sticky thread in announcements near the top of the forum

Great thank you. Looks like we await a court date now. The cheek of the firm asking for £150 during mediation

They are contracted to obtain as much money as they can extract from you, throughout the process, until they have to pay for that pencilled in hearing date, at which point they will fold and walk away, failing to obtain a penny, because only gullible or naive victims pay, not those who are following the advice here, like you are, and the 875 discontinuations in the thread by Umkomaas

Great. Thank you for that. The same place my wife got this at, according to the Google reviews of this opticians, they literally do it to everyone. Feel sorry for those that end up paying

Great success haha. Thank you for all your help. This forum is truly a huge life saver. At first, I thought everything so long but just following the steps properly gets you the outcome you need. I’ve disputed many at earlier stages and have been successful but this is my first claim form. Previously I had used an aggressive company to do it but they probably just do exactly what you advise here so no need to pay them

Great stuff, as expected - but we can't count your success without the attached NoD image, like you saw people post on @Umkomaas' DCB Legal thread.
And please edit your thread title to:

Thank you @rs_123 for the copy of your NoD . I can now count your result in the infamous DCBL Legal thread of shame. 👍
Please note, we are not a legal advice forum. I personally don't get involved in critiquing court case Defences/Witness Statements, so unable to help on that front. Please don't ask. .
I provide only my personal opinion, it is not a legal opinion, it is simply a personal one. I am not a lawyer.
