I can attest that selling  or transferring certificated foreign shareholdings from a deceased estate is not something that can be undertaken by any of the online DIY investment platforms, since only a small handful of UK operators have Medallion Signature Gurantee accreditation.

As such it is a highly specialised task, which  only a handful of stockbrokering firms and specialist crossborder probate firms can undertake.
