Working away from home and snoring

Hi,
I work as an electronics contract engineer. As such i need to stay in B&B's and Travelodge's etc in the week. Unfortunately i not only snore extremely loudly, but i also sometimes make a loud droning noise when asleep. This wakes people up in the adjacent Hotel rooms and sometimes they then "get their revenge" by screaming ,banging and clapping all night long.
I know i make these noises because i have been woken up mid-snore/mid-droning and am amazed at the loudness of the snore/droning that i am making.

People can easily hear me through a hotel wall.

I search the web but find no good snore-stoppers. What is needed is a device which records me in the night and makes a little high pitched sound if it detects i am snoring/droning....so that i wake up and stop the snoring/droning. Alternatively it could be a ring with an electronics vibration device which vibrates when i snore so it wakes me up before my snoring/droning starts driving my neighbours mad.

The below are no good as  they won't wake me up and definitely stop the snoring....

Sounds exactly like my sister- who was diagnosed with sleep apnoea after my brother and I were staying with her. She now has a cPap machine and sleeps like a baby. There’s an article about it on BBC website today.

Given your profession, I would have thought you could knock up a simple prototype using an Arduino or ESP32 that would listen for your snoring (or any noise over a certain level in your bedroom) and sound an alarm or operate a vibrating pillow pad like this one: https://www.acornfiresecurity.com/c-tec-bf320-24v-bs-5446-3-vibrating-pillow-pad

The comments I post are my personal opinion. While I try to check everything is correct before posting, I can and do make mistakes, so always try to check official information sources before relying on my posts.
