Delay with RAC motor insurance renewal documentation.

I’m having some trouble getting my motor vehicle insurance renewal documents from RAC car insurance, and my policy is due in three weeks. I don’t have the details on my current NCB years, so is it okay to use my NCB proof from last year, which covers 21/06/2023 to 30/06/2024?
With this delay, I think I’ve probably missed the sweet spot for shopping around for a new policy.

Not sure what is stopping you from just renewing with someone else, they all use a central database these days to check NCB, Ive not been asked by a new insurer to "prove it" for at least a decade now.0

It should be imminent. You can still get quotes now on the basis that the documents will arrive shortly, but also be aware that there seems to be a bit of a trend at the moment for renewals to be cheaper than new quotes.0
